Biking on Douglas Trail

Went biking with carter on the Douglas Trail today. Big storm last night which resulted in 8 trees crossing the trail. The ride felt more like an obstacle course. Carter was more preoccupied with tiger lillies and eating blackberries. It was a good bike interval day. Of course, we stopped halfway on the ride at the A&W in Pine Island. Hard to bike after eating a big cheeseburger and drinking A&W root beer....

Vacation with Bahrs

June-We just had a great 2 week vacation with the Bahr family. it was fun to see all the kids interact well. Carter/Zach loved playing with Julia; Elena and Jennifer were inseparable. Jackie and her sister really enjoyed working in the garden. Some of their activities included: playing around the house, water pool, treasure hunting, little house on the prairie, biking, running, triathlons.
